FLOURLESS PANCAKES
Yields approx. 3-4 pancakes
INGREDIENTS:
1 RIPE BANANA
2 EGGS
1/2 TSP. VANILLA
PROCEDURE:
Place all ingredients in a blender or food processor. Pulse to combine well. Cook on a griddle with coconut oil or butter, until nice and brown.
